FollowMe Health Insurance Coverage Summary
Use the following for a brief FollowMe Health Insurance coverage summary. FollowMe is a group conversion plan that offers robust health protection regardless of who provided your previous group health and dental coverage. To qualify for a FollowMe group conversion plan you must have lost your employee benefits within the last 90 days. If you want a guaranteed issue plan but have not lost group insurance benefits please consider a Flexcare ComboPlus Starter plan (also offered by Manulife)
Dental Service
Basic services such as exams, fillings, extractions, denture services, etc.
Extensive services such as crowns, bridges, dentures, endodontics, periodontics, and orthodontics (note that coverage depends on the plan type selected).
Not covered by FollowMe Basic and Enhanced plans.
Only Basic services covered by EnhancedPlus plan.
Prescription Drugs
Coverage for generic drugs.
Shared dispensing fee.
Covered by all FollowMe plans, difference is amount of coverage.
Vision Care
Covers the cost towards prescription lenses and frames, contact lenses and laser eye surgery.
